Hands on course in which the participants will progress an enquiry all the way through the life cycle. They will learn the key activities that happen at each point and how to progress them

Target Audience

This course is useful for all staff who have any involvement with students (enquiries, enrolments, current students and past/alumni)

• Process and maintain enrolment enquiries and applications
• Manage student transition to various stages
• Best practice procedures for transitioning students to different stages and scenarios when students may exist in more than one area simultaneously
• Transfer process from enquiry to futures, futures to current and current to past
• Reports available to determine expected students, student details, statistical information

Requirements

To get the most out of your Training, it is highly encouraged that you turn on your camera. There is no single thing that will make as big a difference in the quality of your collaboration than turning your cameras on.
